David and Patty are the owners of Road Runner Realty. David is a graduate
of the University of Minnesota and also holds a degree from Coleman College in San Diego.
He enjoys most outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, SCUBA diving,
and sailing. David started his real estate career in 1991 and has a broad background
in business and computers. His specialty is negotiating the best possible price
and terms for his client's needs.

It was the warm, sunny weather and outdoor activities that drew her to the area. Patty has over 20 years experience in customer service roles including catering and working in the medical field.
